Luxurious sea front apartment right in the heart of Barcelona with a balcony overlooking the port and the “Barceloneta”. This 125m2, 2 Bedroom apartment, located in an old building next to the historic Miguel Cervantes has been completely refurbished to high standards in 2004. The apartment can accomodate up to 8 guests and has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom suite has a private and fully equiped bathroom and comes with two single beds. The second bedroom has a king size bed (1.80).
Furthermore there ie a second bathroom.
The livingroom is equipped with two large sofa beds.
The living room comprises of a well equipped American kitchen with breakfast bar (Kitchen contains washer, dryer, dishwasher and refrigerator. We also provide iron, ironing board and hairdryer). The main lounge with very high (3m) ceilings with wooden beams has SAT TV, DVD and ADSL Internet.
Large French windows lead to the balcony which has amazing views over the port. The apartment features Air Conditioning with heating.
We also provide a baby cot and baby chair free of charge. Please request.
Please note: The landlords charge an extra of 25 euros if the check-in is after 8pm on the day of arrival.

Situated on Paseo de Colon, with views of the Port Vell, the location of this apartment is ideal. Right on the edge of the Gothic Quarter, which really is the true heart of Barcelona, all the places of interest are within easy walking distance such as the Gothic Quarter, Las Ramblas, Port Vell and the very trendy El Borne, which is full of great cafes, bars and restaurants. The Gothic area is a maze of interconnecting dark, cobbled stone streets, and there are also plenty of cafés and bars. From the apartment, guests can look upon a great view of Port Vell. You are also just a few blocks from the amazing gothic church of Santa Maria del Mar, where one can continue on to the Picasso Museum and the Cathedral.
