Living room:
Furnished with two comfortable corner seating units and SAT-TV, music facility and an open fireplace.
The living room provides access to the large – facing the East – covered patio with view of the Capdepera lighthouse and – depending on the weather – all the way to Menorca. Through a round arch you can enter the fully equipped kitchen with dining corner. A washing machine exists in the cellar.

The Guest House:
The separate guest house is situated directly by the pool. There is a romantic living room and bedroom with a double bed and a corner seating unit.
The separate shower/bath with a toilet is directly adjoined to this 21 m² large Living- and Sleepingroom. |

The Finca is located in the romantic fishing village Cala Ratjada where the Majorcan sun rises. Cala Ratjada which translated into English means Bay of the Rays is a former fishing village in the north-eastern part of the island. It is unbelievable that the village has still kept its original flair despite tourism.
The village which is approx. a 1 hour drive from Palma is surrounded by a wonderful stone pines countryside and has 5 incredible beaches. Cala Ratjada simply has something to offer to everyone; great offers for families, senior citizens and a distinctive night life for the younger generation in the craziest discos on the island. Cala Ratjada is well-known for its mild climate all year round.
The pretty finca is situated on a small hill in a green hilly countryside behind the incredible "Cala Guya" beach which by the way is an idle bay.
It is approx. 1-2km to the middle of the village as well as to the fishing harbour Capdepera, the Cala Guya and the Son Moll bathing cove. Carob, pomegranate and olive trees between almond and fig groves bestow a special aroma upon the surroundings and the Majorcan colour.
In the middle of the village, all around the romantic harbour, there are nice shipping facilities, fantastic restaurants, cafes, pubs, discos and everything one needs when on holiday. |
