The cottage is fully furnished. Dining/drawing room with fireplace, TV and stereo, a fully-fitted kitchen/breakfast room, the bedrooms with their own linen, bathroom / shower room (including towels), veranda and a huge terrace with stunning views. The country cottage has been bioclimatically designed and built according to the traditional rustic style of the region using materials of the best quality – solid wooden beams, solid chestnut window frames, terracotta floor tiles and double glazing for efficient insulation. The covered veranda makes the best of the Andalusian sunshine and enjoy beautiful views. The veranda terrace is stone paved using a typical local method found only in the sierra and are equipped with barbecues and a pergola which can support a vine to provide a cooling Mediterranean shade.
The house is connected to the mains electricity and water supply. The Swimming pool is 6x4 mts with a filter system. The maintenance of the Garden and swimming pool is provided by the owner. |

The country cottage is an estate of 1 Hectare approx. situated in the Natural Reserve of La Sierra de Aracena y Picos de Aroche to the north of Huelva. The property is next to Galaroza, one of the most beautiful villages in the area. Galaroza is 3 km away and Navahermosa (a tiny hamlet) is only 1km.
In Winter the climate is mild but sometimes wet with cold nights and in the Summer it is hot and dry in the daytime and cool at night. The abundant vegetation and surrounding hills make it much cooler in the Summer than in other areas of Andalusia. |
